All past examination papers, model evaluation tests, marking guidelines, and syllabus rubrics curated on 3A Paper are hosted strictly for:

Personal academic study and exam revision by school candidates.
Non-commercial classroom teaching, lesson planning, and assessment preparation by verified educators.
Parental guidance to help children navigate national curriculum benchmarks.

3. Intellectual Property & Attribution

National G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination Papers: Question papers and official marking rubrics for the National G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination remain the sole intellectual property of the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka (DoE).

School & Provincial Term Tests: Term evaluation tests and school papers remain the intellectual property of their respective schools, provincial ministries, or regional education authorities. 3A Paper makes no claim of ownership over official exam content.

3A Paper Platform Proprietary Assets: The 3A Paper platform codebase, interactive MCQ exam engine, automated scoring algorithms, mistake-analysis systems, database schemas, and brand trademarks belong exclusively to 3A Paper and its engineering team.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Commercialization

Users and external entities are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, bundling, or redistributing PDF files obtained from 3A Paper for commercial profit.
Placing downloadable examination files behind secondary paywalls, paid groups, or access gates.
Attempting automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks against 3A Paper repositories.
Modifying watermarks or falsely claiming copyright over official state examination papers.

5. Interactive MCQ Practice Engine & Credit Policy

Our interactive practice environment is provided to help students build confidence under timed conditions. Each new registered student account receives 10 Free Practice Credits upon sign-up. Optional credit top-up packages may be purchased to unlock extensive simulated papers. Practice credits hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and are solely redeemable for practice exam attempts on 3A Paper.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Examination Outcomes

While our academic curators diligently verify paper classifications, subjects, and years, 3A Paper is an independent educational initiative and is not an official branch of the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka. 3A Paper does not guarantee examination outcomes or final grades.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to refine or update these Terms of Resource Use periodically. Any substantial modifications will be announced on our platform. Continued usage of 3A Paper indicates acceptance of updated guidelines.
